Marlin Travel is pleased to assist employees who wish to improve their knowledge and skills. The company provides varying levels of tuition assistance depending on the relevance of the course to the business and the individual's current and prospective roles.
Your manager will determine your eligibility for tuition assistance based on a set of published criteria once you have completed three months of continuous employment.
