Ellen Hartfelder Branch Owner for Spruce Grove and Leduc	Ellen has been in the travel industry for over 5 years, and has traveled extensively throughout the world; some of the highlights from her globetrotting include cruising the Nile in Egypt, sightseeing in Jordan & Petra, leading a group of 21 ladies shopping in China, and visiting her favourite island in the Caribbean: Jamaica. When she’s not sitting behind a desk at the agency, Ellen stays active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club. She is always “thinking outside the box” and excels at creating unique experiences for special interest groups and small group travel. Alison Broughton Branch Manager	From the time Alison was in high school she knew she wanted to travel the world, so in 2005 she made a career change and enrolled in CDI College’s Travel & Tourism program. Since graduation, Alison has enjoyed selling all different kinds of travel packages; however, her main passion lies in Adventure Travel. She gets great satisfaction out of creating a memorable experience for every client she talks to; from the initial planning stages to the day her clients return home, Alison’s passion for travel, and knowledge ensures that every trip becomes a “trip of a lifetime”. Her travels have taken her to the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, Costa Rica, hiking the Inca Trail in Peru, and cruising the Amazon River. Her next big adventure will be hosting a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. With her ever-changing “To Do” list, Alison is constantly researching and learning about unique destinations and one of kind experiences; come chat with her to get some great ideas for your next holiday.
Camilla Ritzema Travel Consultant	Camilla lived her younger years in Scandinavia. She took Travel and Tourism here in Edmonton in 2005 and has been working at Marlin Travel in Spruce Grove since June 2008. The countries that Camilla has visited are Denmark, Germany, Spain, Canary Islands, Cuba, and her favorite to date: Greece! The next country she has her sights on is Italy. Camilla’s attention to detail and knowledge about a variety of destinations will make your travel planning a breeze. Come talk with her and you’ll be off on your own adventure soon!
Tammy Sylvain Travel Consultant	Meet Tammy! She has been in the travel industry since 1999, and is the most recent addition to the Spruce Grove office. Tammy enjoys many different styles of travel; some of her favourite holiday activities have included snorkelling in the Cook Islands, swimming with sharks in the Mexico, and zip-lining through Costa Rica’s rainforest. She has traveled to Jamaica, Honduras, the Cook Islands, Disneyland, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Costa Rica, and extensively throughout Mexico both on and off the beaten path! She prides herself in her destination knowledge and attention to detail when planning and finalizing vacation packages, so you can be sure that the most intricate itinerary will be handled quickly and efficiently. Tammy is looking forward to helping you plan your next holiday, wherever it may take you!
Carlee Barteski Accounting/Human Resources	Meet Carlee! Behind every successful business there is a “behind the scenes” person that you hardly see, but couldn’t live without. Carlee is that person!! She been with Marlin Travel since September of 2008, and with a background in bookkeeping she is a wiz with numbers. You may see her around the office taking care of things, but most of the time her work takes her out of the spotlight and into the world of accounting & human resources. As a relatively new member of the travel industry, Carlee has been fortunate to catch the travel bug from her colleagues and the office clients, and she is looking forward to sharing her holiday experiences.
