After spending 2 years living in Sydney, Australia and travelling throughout this great country, as well as New Zealand, the South Pacific and the Orient, I returned to my home town of Brandon where I pursued a career in the travel industry.   I rarely travel to a destination more than once, choosing instead to explore new destinations and enjoy new adventures and experiences that I can pass on to my customers. 

I have vacationed in Fiji, once while I lived in Australia and again several years ago with my family.  It is my favourite beach vacation destination with palm fringed white sand beaches and every time I go I fall in love with it all over again.  I have visited three different resort areas in Cuba; Varadero, Cayo Santa Maria and Cayo Coco which all run a close second to Fiji!  

My trip of a lifetime? Sailing aboard the msWindstar, a cruise ship and sailing vessel with a unique casual yet elegant atmosphere.  I still remember the thrill of sailing down the Grand Canal in Venice as the sails unfurled and we headed out to sea.  

I can't wait to travel to other great destinations of the world and am hoping next year to explore the Galapagos Islands aboard an expedition ship.

I love to experience the world and my passion for travel goes into every trip that I plan!

Marlin Travel welcomes Madeleine to their team of Travel Professionals.  Madeleine, whose first language is French, is hoping to learn a third language so that she can communicate with clientel from different corners of the world. 
 
Madeleine's own trip, on a Contiki Tour of Europe, peaked her interest in the travel industry and led her to a career in the travel industry.  Last winter Madeleine spend a week in Puerto Vallarta checking out the resorts, excursions and of course the great nightlife!  An Alaska Cruise aboard Holland America Cruise Lines was a highlight last spring.  A helicopter excursion out to the glacier allowed Madeleine the opportunity to walk out on the glacier and even peer down a few crevices!  Alaska Cruises are being offered at incredible prices this year so give Madeleine a call and get ready for an incredible journey. 

This year Madeleine attended a School at Sea aboard the Jewel on Norwegian Cruise Lines and had the opportunity to work with 7 different cruise lines to make her a true cruise expert.   

Madeleine just returned from her dream trip - an excursion to Russia where she spent time in Moscow and St. Petersburg.  It was a true highlight to experience the National Celebration Parade commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the end of the war.  

Madeleine would love to share her many different experiences with you and introduce you to new corners of the world and find just the right vacation to suit your interests!
