 Joan Alexander - joan.alexander@marlintravel.ca
Joan has been in the travel business for 30 years, first starting out with the Canadian Forces in Europe booking leisure and military travel. Upon her return to Canada Joan worked for Pem-Air, a local airline in Petawawa, and various agencies until her move to Marlin Travel in North Bay, where she has been for 15 years. Joan has travelled extensively through Europe, including Turkey, Egypt and has cruised the Mediterranean. She has also been to England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, Hawaii, Bermuda, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Brazil and has cruised with Princess and Carnival Cruise Lines. Joan is looking forward to doing more travel within Canada and the USA to better serve her clients. "Too many countries, too little time" is Joan's favourite saying! Sylvie graduated from the Travel Counsellor Program at Cambrian College in May of 1991. She began working at Goligers Travel where she was able to experience cruising from New York to Bermuda. After 3 years, she moved to AirSea Travel, where she worked in corporate travel such as the Federal Government. From here Sylie was offered her position at Marlin Travel in her home town of North Bay since 1995. Her position at Marlin Travel involves both corporate and vacations sales. Over the years she has had the pleasure to travel to the following destinations, Las Vegas, Cuba, Barbados, St Lucia, Jamiaca, Nassau and Puerto Plata. Raymond has been actively involved in the travel industry for the past 23 years, the first 22 years were spent as the owner and operator of Goliger's Travel in North Bay. Raymond is now working as a travel consultant at Marlin Travel and brings a wealth of travel experience, including travel to all the popular destinations in the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the South Pacific. Raymond's favourite desintations are the Islands of Tahiti and Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Whether it's groups, weddings, family or business travel, you name it, he's done it! Raymond loves the opportunity to travel and to experience new places. He loves dealing with his clientele to share their joy of travel and to meet their expectations.
