The Doubletree Resort by Hilton, is the closest beach resort to the San Jose airport, Costa Rica's capital city.  The bus ride is especially scenic and gives a sense of what the natural surroundings are like.  The resort is located on a long, volcanic sand beach in Puntarenas.

The resort is located in a strategic point in the center of the Pacific Coast, closer to all the main touristic attractions than any other resort.

Each of the 315 guest rooms boast Sweet Dreams Beds by Doubletree Sleep Experience available with two double beds.  Rooms have terraces or balconies overlooking one of the pools, the ocean or lush gardens.

There are several bars serving beer, wine and spirits.  There are a variety of dining venues to suit all tastes, from a snack by the pool to a fine dining experience.  In all there are 11 food and beverage outlets to choose from.  We will explore the regions unique provinces and taste the touch the wonders of this gloriously diverse and ecologically marvelous place.  The main restaurant, The Calypso, is open for all meals.  The seafood restaurant for dinner only has a natural out door setting and the Italian style eatery has an air conditioned environment.

Pricing: CAD $2480.00 per person based on double - TWO WEEKS
Departure: Montreal with Air Transat (taxes of $207.00 included in price)
A non refundable deposit of CAD $300.00 per person is due at time of booking.
Final payment is due November 28, 2009.
Costa Rica requires departure tax of USD $35.00 (rate at present time) to be paid locally at departure.
Valid passports are mandatory and insurance is highly recommended.
